We are proud to introduce Kimsan Pol, the creative force behind Sombok Khmer Restaurant. After successfully creating a culinary delight at Embassy Restaurant in Siem Reap, this internationally trained chef has her eyes on creating the perfect spot for fine dining in Phnom Penh, Cambodia.

Inspiration is taken from all provinces of Cambodia and served to your table in our stunning restaurant created by the young Cambodian architect Kimseng Ouk with elements of golden silk, original artwork and a truly unique environment.

Khmer Interior Design

With Khmer authenticity as our first principal, our interior design was directed by the young Cambodian architect Kimseng Ouk and features an original installation by renowned sculpture artist Sothea Thang. Sothea’s sculpture features elements of Khmer golden silk and traditional fibers, a cultural timeline in which the elevation of Cambodian cuisine is yet another achievement.
